Technical Information:
The Condar is a light antipersonal assualt mech. It is driven by one pilot who sits in the head compartment. On either side of the head are missle batteries that can fire normal short range missles, tear gas, or other anti-personal weapons. A shield, on the left shoulder, provides protection against most conventional weapons. Condar also carries a sub automatic rifle which can fire armor piercing rounds, tear gas canister, and special kinetic bullets that can knock a person over without causing any type of penetration damage. An antenna is pearched on the top of the cockpit allowing the mech to recieve up to date information.

Construction Information: Condar is one of the first wave kits. I have noticed a difference in the instructions from the first wave and the last, the first wave tend to be a bit clearer. Their really is no catch to this kit, the build up is pretty straight forward. You can even build up most of the kit before you paint it, just because you can be more consistant with camouflage and/or weathering. The one part that got me was the building of the arms. Their is a lot of articulation available, but you have to be careful how you build the forarms. make sure they are glued good, and let them dry solid before trying to attach the upper arms to the form arms. The vinyal cap that holds them togther is a bit tight. Also their is a front and a back to some of those caps, so be careful on how you place them. The larger vinyal disks have a lip on one side which is the back. If you don't put them in right you will have to carve the lip off to get the arms to connect correctly.
I painted mine with a grey/light blue/dark gray pattern. Your eyes are not decieving you, I used some custom Georgia State Patrol decals that I purchased from a local Hobby store. The camouflague pattern had a lot to do with that, as I have seen Police tanks, helicopter and other aircraft with that pattern and color scheme. Eventually I am going to build a diorama with it.
